One of Minnesota's greatest strengths has always been its willingness to solve difficult problems together.



Across our state's health care community, organizations have consistently demonstrated that collaboration can accomplish what no single organization can achieve alone. As the health care landscape continues to evolve—with growing interoperability requirements, increasing expectations for real-time data exchange, new federal policies, and rising demands for better coordination—the need for trusted, shared infrastructure has never been greater.

MN Community Measurement’s Measurement and Reporting Committee (MARC) invites applications to fill three vacant positions following the expiration of member terms in December 2024.

The open positions include:

• Consumer representative
• Health plan representative
• Clinician from metro health care organization

About the Committee

The MARC is a committee of the MNCM Board of Directors with a broad membership of community stakeholders. The purpose of this committee is to recommend measurement priorities and specifications to the Board of Directors and to recommend guiding principles and/or policies for the public reporting of measures by MNCM. The MARC establishes and oversees measure review and prioritization activities as well as workgroup recommendations. MARC members may be asked to serve on a measure development work group.

• Meeting Frequency: Four meetings per year – February, May, August, December
• Attendance/Participation Requirements: Members are required to attend/participate in at least 75% of the meetings. Meetings are typically conducted virtually.
• Member Term Length: Committee member terms are two years in length, staggered to ensure continuity. After the initial term, committee members have the option to renew for two additional terms. At the end of the third term, committee members may reapply for appointment.

Applications will be reviewed by MARC co-chairs and the Chair of the MNCM Board of Directors and applicants notified of their decision in early August.

2025 STATEWIDE RESULTS LIVE ON PERFORMANCE HUB!

For measures reported by medical groups

MY2025 results for measures reported by medical groups are now live on MNCM’s Performance Hub. These results reflect care delivered in 2025 and provide comprehensive analyses of health care quality through our interactive platform.

Key findings from the 2025 results include:

• The largest rate increase was observed in the Colorectal Cancer Screening measure, with an increase of 2.3 percentage points from 2024 to 2025.
• The Optimal Diabetes Care and Optimal Vascular Care measures also had small, but significant rate increases in 2025 compared to 2024.
• The 567xx region (Thief River Falls area) consistently had lower rates than other regions for all mental health measures for both adults and adolescents related measures, including screening, follow-up, response, and remission.

Results for measures reported by health plans and the cost/utilization measures will be updated later this year.
