MNCM’s President & CEO Liz Cinqueonce Joins Great Lakes Executive Leadership Council Advances Regional Collaboration and Quality Improvement
Roseville, MN – May 27, 2026 — Superior Health Quality Alliance announced the launch and membership of the Great Lakes Executive Leadership Council (ELC), a regional advisory body focused on advancing collaboration, accountability, and quality improvement outcomes across the Great Lakes Region.
Liz Cinqueonce from MN Community Measurement joins the new Great Lakes ELC to ensure regional priorities remain data-driven, aligned, and responsive to community needs. The Great Lakes ELC is composed of a diverse group of senior leaders representing health care delivery systems, provider organizations, public health agencies, and community partners.
“I’m honored to join the Great Lakes Executive Leadership Council and collaborate with leaders across the region who are committed to improving health outcomes and advancing quality care,” said Liz Cinqueonce, President and CEO of MN Community Measurement. “This partnership reflects the importance of using data, shared learning, and community-centered strategies to drive meaningful improvement for the people and communities we serve.”
The Great Lakes ELC plays a critical role in supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Innovation Network–Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) program by bringing together senior leaders from health care organizations, public health agencies, and community-based partners. The Great Lakes ELC serves as a forum for strategic guidance, shared learning, and regional alignment to improve health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries and communities across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
“The Great Lakes Executive Leadership Council embodies what it looks like when mission-driven leaders come together with a shared responsibility for improving care,” said Tania Daniels Chief Executive Officer of Superior Health. “Through collective accountability and strategic alignment, this council will help ensure our work remains responsive to community needs and drives measurable improvements in quality, safety and health outcomes across every state in the Great Lakes Region.”

About MN Community Measurement
As an independent nonprofit dedicated to empowering health care decision makers with meaningful data, MN Community Measurement (MNCM) is a statewide resource for timely, comparable information on health care quality, disparities, and costs. While Minnesota has some of the best health indicators in the country, there continues to be wide variation in health care quality and wide disparities in outcomes for different population groups. Measuring and reporting on health care quality and cost helps consumers understand how care varies across providers, allows providers to identify improvement opportunities and see how their quality results compare to others, and helps health plans and other purchasers better understand and improve value for the money spent on health care.
